Do our young citizen have enough resources to keep them away from substance and drug abuse?

I am a concern young person, young men and women are into drugs and substance abuse like they are paid to do so. These worries me, because we are so called young people and future leaders of our country the Republic of South Africa.

We engaged ourselves in dirty activities without reasoning for our future and we end up justfying that we are not employeed. Young citizen fails to participate in community programmes that can give them knowledge and skills and end blaming the government.
