Advise

My wish is to see young peolpe of South Africa living a responsible life, i.e. If they wish to party, they should do it responsibly and most importantly, I wish to change this mentality of seing "INITIATION SCHOOL" as some sort of fashion. I wish to change the mind-set of young people but I am fresh-out-of-ideas as to how. Any suggestions?
