The Teams

Let's talk about the teams: their strengths, their weaknesses, the challenges they face them and why you support a particular team. You can also leave messages for the team members here to tell them how much you admire them, what you learnt from them and basically encourage them to continue the good work that they do. This is also where you'll learn more about specific team leaders - who they are, how and why they joined the Kwanda initiative and the lessons they learnt from the experience.

Blow Steam

Want to vent about some of the challenges you're experiencing in your own community project? Sit down and tell us all about it. We promise to listen to you and not judge you. And if we do have some words of wisdom to share, we'll dish. [P.S. No name-calling, naming people who would be publicly embarassed by your rant/lying or distortion of the situation allowed.]
